We're currently hiring an Accounts Administrator (Maternity Cover)
The Role:
Maternity Cover (full-time) with potential for permanent position
What You'll Bring:
We are looking for a confident and organised Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and manage their workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Matching, checking, and processing purchase invoices within the accounts system
Reconciling supplier accounts
Responding to and resolving supplier queries
Providing additional administrative support as required
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths,
IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience with accounting software and systems is desirable
Previous purchase ledger experience would be advantageous
Full training will be provided
