We are hiring!! ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR WANTED based at construction company based in Carrickmore Co. Tyrone

Full time - Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)

Job roles to include the following
🔹Answering and forwarding incoming calls
🔹General administration duties
🔹Completing monthly VAT returns
🔹Completing monthly bank reconciliations
🔹Building a good rapport with clients
🔹Accounts payable/receivable
🔹Processing sales & purchase invoices/debtor & creditor control
🔹Monthly CIS/subcontractor payments
🔹HMRC PAYE submissions
🔹Maintain internal accounting databases & spreadsheets (knowledge of excel)

Key Skills required
🔹Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
🔹Strong written and verbal communication skills
🔹Applicants must be well organised
🔹Strong time management capabilities

Experience Required
🔹At least two years in an office environment
🔹Hands on experience using Sage Accounts and/or Xero
🔹Experience using payroll software such as Sage/Xero preferreD
