👷🏻‍♂️Project update 🏗️

Ongoing progress from our disabled adaptation extension project to a social housing dwelling in Belfast.

✅All M&E works now competed and commissioned.
✅ New electrical Keylite window fitted with rain sensor closure system.
✅Plastering works complete
✅Recessed shower tray fitted.
✅Adaptions to existing dwelling complete.
✅Floor screed laid.
✅Fencing to boundaries now refitted.

⏳Finishes will be installed over the next few weeks when the building has dried sufficiently.

Watch out for our final update on the completed project in the coming weeks.

Recently completed project in Newtownards for a valued client.

Works included;

📍Removal of existing timber fencing
📍Removal of concrete slabs.
📍Removal of existing Aco channels
📍Laid new compacted stone sub-base
📍Installed new Aco channels at door entrances
📍Laid new permeable concrete paving
📍Fitted new composite panelling to retaining wall
📍Fitted new metal railings and handrail to retaining wall and steps.

All completed ahead of the 4 week programme set by the client.

Works recently completed on bridges across North Donegal.

works included;
• Scour protection,
• Meshing to leave ready for grouting & guniting, • Clearing of build up of debris from under the bridges and in the channels,
• Stonework parapet repairs/rebuilding
• Repointing works to stonework.
• Kerbing & rubbing strips at road level.
