Atmac Construction Ltd is expanding, and we are recruiting skilled, reliable, and motivated people to join our growing team.
Site Managers
Responsibilities:
Oversee day‑to‑day operations on construction sites
Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
Report progress to senior management
Requirements:
Previous experience in site management
Strong leadership and communication skills
SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
Ability to read drawings and coordinate trades

Project Managers
Responsibilities:
Manage full project life cycle from planning to handover
Prepare schedules, budgets, and project documentation
Coordinate teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
Experience delivering civil or construction projects
Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
Excellent client communication

Site Engineers
Responsibilities:
Setting out and surveying
Quality control and reporting
Ensuring works meet technical specifications
Supporting the site and project management teams
Requirements:
Engineering qualification or equivalent experience
Proficiency with GPS/Total Station
Good understanding of construction drawings
Machine Drivers (Excavator / Dumper/Roller)
Responsibilities:
Safe operation of plant machinery
Working with groundworks and site teams
Daily checks and reporting any issues
Maintaining a safe work environment
Requirements:
Valid CSR/CPCS/NPORS tickets
Experience on active construction sites
Groundworkers
Responsibilities:
Drainage, kerbing, pipe laying, concreting, foundations
Assisting site engineers and machine drivers
Following site safety protocols
Requirements:
Experience in civil or groundworks
Ability to work as part of a team
CSR card preferred

Role
Transporting agricultural & plant machinery around the UK and Ireland.

What we need from you:

HGV Class One licence
HGV Class One Experience required: 2 years' experience
Current competency in agricultural/plant machinery transportation
Current competency in UK-EU customs formalities, paperwork, permits and border security
Current competency In Date CPC & Digi Tacho
No more than 6 points, no IN, DD or DR penalty codes.
A good level of physical fitness. The job is exerting and involves working at height.
