This house in Orpington now has its warm coat on and is ready for winter!

After the old waterproof render cracked and failed, it trapped water in the walls causing mould, wet walls and a colder house.

The old rendering needed to be chipped off to allow the house to breathe and dry out. The owner decided to completely insulate the house and re render with breathable silicone.

This house is now drier, warmer and looking smarter!
