How the latest project started!
This started as 1950's 3 bed detached property on Crofton Heath BR6.
Still in it's original condition with no extensions or major work done at all.

This house was purchased in 2021 with a plan to add a double rear and side extension to make it into a modern family home.

Plans and design was created by Crofton Design Services due to their extensive knowledge of the boroughs planning regulations and their previous work creating wonderful homes throughout Petts Wood and Orpington.

Once planning was approved - we were brought in to start the work and bring this dream home to reality!

Our board is going up!

We’re currently working on a large renovation project in Lansdowne Avenue BR6.
