We are excited to present the completed renovation project of a cozy one-room apartment, which has become a true reflection of our client, Nadya’s, personality. This project is the result of the creative efforts of our team and the talented designer Kristina, who meticulously planned every detail.

The renovation involved a complete modernization of the space. We started with the demolition of the old kitchen and parquet flooring, opening up possibilities for a new, functional layout. A new electrical wiring system was installed, ensuring safety and enabling unique lighting designs.

One of the key features of the project is the drywall figures added along the entire wall, complete with backlighting. This solution visually expands the space and creates a warm atmosphere. Additionally, the accent lighting at the end of the window opening adds elegance and highlights the beauty of the interior.

For the flooring, we chose vinyl planks that fit snugly against the walls, eliminating the need for baseboards and creating a seamless look. The new kitchen unit, transitioning into a workspace with a table and a storage cabinet, integrates harmoniously into the overall style.

All walls were painted in a modern glossy finish, matched to the kitchen color, adding freshness and lightness to the space. The renovation took two months, and the result exceeded all expectations.

This project has become more than just a renovation; it is a true embodiment of Nadya’s desire to create a space where she can feel comfortable and at home. We are proud to have assisted her in this journey and are confident that her new apartment will be a place where the brightest moments of life are created.

𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒎 𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏

Location: 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗻 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 / Dates: 2024 year

We are proud to present our latest project – a complete bathroom renovation for our clients, Daniella and Tom. Over the course of a month, we transformed an outdated space into a modern and stylish oasis while maintaining comfort and cleanliness in their home. The process began with the demolition of the old plumbing and bathtub, followed by the careful relocation of the toilet. We then installed a large granite sink with two faucets. Above the sink, we placed an elegant oversized mirror, which visually expands the space, complemented by modern light fixtures that add warmth and style. The shower area became a true work of art: we installed a glass partition and adorned the walls with stylish tiles. The floor of the shower features sloped tiles for excellent drainage, while the main bathroom floor is elegantly laid with herringbone-patterned tiles, creating an intriguing visual effect. Part of the walls was finished with tiles, while the remaining sections were painted to match, harmoniously enhancing the overall design. We took great care to protect the existing flooring during the renovation process, covering everything with protective film and special pads. As a result, the home remained clean and undamaged. We would like to thank Daniella and Tom for their delightful collaboration and the pleasant atmosphere throughout the project. They were wonderful clients who not only provided us with tea but also made the renovation process truly comfortable and enjoyable. 𝙍𝒆𝙣𝒐𝙫𝒂𝙩𝒊𝙤𝒏 𝑩𝙚𝒂𝙪𝒕𝙮 𝙨𝒂𝙡𝒐𝙣 𝘾𝒓𝙚𝒐 𝑾𝙤𝒓𝙡𝒅

Location: 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻, 𝗢𝗿𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻, BR6 / Dates: 2024 year

As part of this project, we completely transformed the old beauty salon.

Our team dismantled the old furniture, partitions, and doors, updated the electrical and fire safety systems, installed video surveillance and advertising signs, as well as ceiling air conditioners. We leveled the walls and ceilings, performed plastering and painting in modern shades, laid new tiles, and installed illuminated baseboards. We also installed all new plumbing and salon furniture. The girls working in this salon were very pleased with the results; everything was done for their comfortable work. We closely collaborated with the client, and our designers created a beautiful design and selected comfortable furniture. Some of the materials and furniture were manufactured and brought in from Ukraine and other European countries. The project took four months and became a true embodiment of style and comfort.
