Renovation of old Victorian outhouse in Ossett with linked red cedar single story dwelling. It was a real labour of love this one. Many delays that were unfortunately out of our hands. But we ARE extremely happy with end the result. Client was very keen to reuse as many of the original materials as we could. We rebuilt the front using bricks reclaimed from the original driveway and used coping stones from the original raised garden as windows sills. Planning were keen for a clear distinction between old and so traditional sash windows were fitted to the existing structure. We also repointed the whole building with lime mortar. Modern slimline aluminum windows were fitted to the new modern dwelling with glass and aluminum link entrance and aluminium copings to match. Job finished off with tumbled set paving.

Double story extension in Pudsey. Also full internal renovation (pictures to follow 😍) Grey riven stone paving with white silicone render planters. Really happy with how it's turned out. Major steel works involved. Customer over the moon with finish and service.

Full project. Old conservatory down and replaced with flat roof extension with 7m bifold doors. Just got back to do the raised porcelain patio and feature steps. Were over the moon with the finished job. Sadly bit wet at the moment to grout. Will be back after Christmas to hopefully drier weather! We are just finishing a couple more exciting projects that we can't wait to show you all in the new year. Happy Christmas from us all at Mammoth Building and Renovations !!!
