Why replace the whole gear when you only need to replace the worn part? ⚙️

A customer came to us with an ongoing issue... the internal spline on their drive gears was wearing out too quickly, meaning they were repeatedly having to purchase complete new gears.

After assessing the problem, we designed and manufactured a set of internal splined inserts instead.

Now, when wear occurs, only the insert needs replacing, saving both time and cost while extending the life of the original gear.

It’s all about finding smarter engineering solutions that keep production moving.
