All it needed was a bit of love... and several thousand pounds... Derelict property brought back to life in oswestry. 2 storey townhouse appartment and shop (pictures to follow when it is fitted out and open) purchased at auction in July and keys just handed over to both sets of happy tennants. Biggest job to date, new windows, new plumbing and electrics (as there weren't any) 2 new gas connections. 2 full central heating systems. Insulated, re plastered, new doors, skirting and architrave. Epc of C achieved with no recommendations on any improvements. Tastefully modernised but still keeping the original character of the old building. This is the second full renovation project we have completed since April and we now have space for a few small jobs before the next big project starts!

This is proof of how good sandstone is as a paving product and why I always advise people to choose a natural product! The customer had this laid about 15 years ago and yet after a clean and a re point it looks like it could have been laid yesterday! Here is a garage conversion we finished just in time for Christmas (window to be fitted next week) all done to building regs. Some of the work included, raising floor level to the same as the house, suspended ceiling, walls battened, Insulated and plastered, new lintel and moving of doorway, skirting and new door casing, new electrics and some cupboards and wardrobes just to finish it off. Here are some before and afters of a full house refurb we recently finished in Chirk. Some of the work completed included :- remedial works to an outdoor coal shed/boiler house+cladding, a new flat roof, the room was then turned into a utility room. We also fitted a new kitchen, a partial re wire with new sockets/light fittings throughout. The house was also fully decorated and carpeted. Two fireplaces were also knocked out, boarded up and plastered, we also fully furnished the house. The front of the house was fully landscaped with a new drive and fencing. All the work was completed within two months ready for paying tenants! We are fully booked for the remainder of this year but are taking bookings for February 2024 onwards. Here is a job completed a few months ago near overton, there was a relatively tight budget for this job but I think the results speak for themselves. We used tumbled pavers to create a crisp edge against the road and again against the lawn to contain the Staffordshire pink gravel that we also laid. We also used tumbled pavers to create a rumble strip against the road. We constructed two planters, one to create a level area by the front door and one to protect the roots of a hedge and again to create a clean edge. We also laid a few slabs and cut down some reclaimed sleepers to use as stepping stones. Any disturbed edges were then top soiled and seeded. We are taking bookings for next year for larger projects but still have availability for a few small jobs this year!
