Well - Proedge have knocked it out of the park for us yet again💙
In just a few days they have transformed our scruffy roadside into an immaculate, clean and smart area. They have also put in a new drainage system so that we will no longer have that annoying puddle on pump 1 every time it rains.
These guys are not only exceptional at what they do but the whole team are so polite, professional, hardworking and just lovely people.
They have even been pumping fuel for our customers to help out!
We are proud to have them as very much a part of our Bloom & Wake family 🥰
We now have all pumps open and back to normal.
Sorry for any inconvenience this work has caused but hope you will all agree that it has been worth it.

Hi everyone.
We are currently having some work done on our forecourt which should be completed on Friday.
We are still open but only 2 pumps are in use right now to keep our customers and workmen safe.
For now, if you have to drive on and off in different directions to pull up on the pump on your fuel cap side that’s fine but please be mindful of other drivers.
The good news is that once the work is completed you will no longer be standing in puddles to refuel on rainy days 👏

Continuing with our ethos of being transparent- we are currently out of diesel but will be having a delivery tomorrow morning.
Our price to purchase has increased significantly this week and this will be reflected in our price at pump tomorrow.
I promise you all that we are running on the lowest possible profit margin to be as fair as we can.
Please continue to support our small local business during this testing time

This is just a little of what we do here behind the scenes.
Taking after hours fuel deliveries just to make sure that we keep you all supplied and to keep us up and running as a business.
Our deliveries are only supposed to come during opening hours but at the moment we take them whenever we can get them.
Of course you will all notice our price increase after this delivery and,continuing our promise of transparency, I can promise you now that we have kept our price at pump the same until our last stock has gone. The fuel we have underground now has been purchased by us at the the new elevated cost in line with Platts Pricing.
We are working on a considerably lower profit margin for now in the hope that the drop in price per barrel on the market will reach us very soon and we can pass that onto our customers.
I continue to ask you all to be kind to our staff during this testing time.
I don’t pretend to have all of the answers and cannot foresee how this situation will play out going forward but will try to answer as best I can any questions that any of you have

Well what a week it has been for our industry 🫣
I, personally, am mentally exhausted by this whole fuel situation.
Trying to obtain fuel stock and keep our pricing fair whilst still maintaining a balanced business initiative has been, to put it mildly, acutely draining.
I don’t know what next week will bring -
I don’t even know what tomorrow will bring - but what I do know and what I can promise all of our customers (old and new) is that we will continue to try our hardest to do the very best we can for you and us.
I have to take this opportunity to thank our amazing team at Bloom & Wake Garage. Everyone is working so hard and still keeping those smiles on their faces - I’m so proud of them!
