This weeks first little project completed. ✅

12 meters from 6ft sloped down to 4ft.

East hendred.

This Badly installed tile substrate led this shower cubicle to leak at the bottom row of tiles, through to the ceiling below.

There was alot of flexibility due to the voids behind the plaster board, and the pipework feeding the shower, was not chased into the wall which meant the shower tray could not sit flush against the substrate.

New boarding and bonding applied, we then managed to get some expanding foam in to fill the gaps and voids up behind where we were not removing.

Another round of sealing in-between the tray, And after the plaster board was installed with a full bonding bed and screwed.

It was then treated, and made water resistant to re-use the old tiles which needed cleaning.

All grouted and sealed 1 final time and tested a couple of days later with no more leaks or signs of damp.

Customer was over the moon and we were just happy that this was resolved for them.

A little utility room completed in Wantage a few days back.

Then onto some more little jobs to finish off the week, including some cable running.

A garden we finished in timely fashion for spring. All prep work included removing stumps and some really big roots! Membrane and sub base were then layed after the ground was prepared. ✅

We installed 65 square meters of rag blend natural stone paving, including new inspection tray, finished with rose quarts 20mm decorative stone and some top soil to seed.✅

A lovely customer to work for and we will be returning to carry out more work in the future✅
