Through LEO we aim to provide a broad range of reliable evidence required to support policies and investments that will create the technological, market and social conditions for successful systemic change. As part of our work we want to explore the importance of the different capabilities individuals need to have in order to participate in the growing range of opportunities the new energy system is creating and not be left behind.
