🏡 We recently sat down with Nicola & Logan in the beautiful extension we built for them and ended up talking about something that doesn’t get mentioned enough.

During the build, their neighbours in the cul-de-sac enjoyed having our team around, stopping for the odd chat and getting to know the people working on the project.

That sort of thing comes down to more than good workmanship. It starts with careful planning, thorough preliminaries and tailoring the logistics of every project to suit not only our clients, but the people living around them too.

The finished result is always important, but so is the experience along the way.

Groundworks well underway at our Netherwoods Road project in Oxford. 🚧

This substantial scheme includes a single-storey rear and side extension alongside a full internal refurbishment. Our team has been busy excavating foundations, carrying out muck away operations, and preparing the site for the next phase of construction.

Great teamwork on display with the digger, grab lorry, dumper, and the LBH crew working together to keep the project moving efficiently and safely.

Strong foundations are the key to every successful build, and we’re excited to share the progress as this transformation takes shape.

Three high end flats across four floors in the heart of Jericho, Oxford.

Walton Crescent is a commercial to residential conversion and we are three quarters of the way through. The basement damp proofing, the steel work, the full structural overhaul, the plastering now well underway across every floor. This one has been a serious project from day one and the team have been outstanding.

What makes this one extra special is who we are doing it alongside. Our first time working with Oxford University Press and it has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. To build a relationship with such a respected and well-known name in Oxford is something we are genuinely proud of.

And alongside Mick Lee and the team at Savills, as professional and easy to collaborate with as ever. This is what great partnerships look like.

Lytton Road, Oxford is coming to its final stages and what the team have created in here is seriously impressive.

This project consists of a double-storey rear extension and internal refurbishment. We are deep into second fix and the finish in every room is absolutely something else 👀

The koi carp wallpaper paired with solid oak joinery. The bamboo feature wall flowing through into the open plan kitchen and living space. The statement pendant lighting hanging from a beautifully detailed ceiling. Bespoke fitted furniture throughout. The decorators doing what they do best in every corner of this property. This is not your average extension and house refurbishment and these photos don't even do it full justice yet.

The kitchen is going in, the flooring is being prepared and we are in the home straight now. When the rendering is complete outside and the final touches land inside this is going to be one of the most impressive homes on the street. We cannot wait to show you the finished article.

Plantation Road, Oxford. One of the hardest streets in the city to work on. Tight logistics, strict waste management, health and safety requirements that have to be watertight from day one to make sure everyone goes home safe every single day 👷

And all of that before you even get into the scope of what we've actually been building. Rear extension. Mansard loft conversion. Full basement conversion with comprehensive damp proofing complete with a hot tub and infrared sauna. Complete internal refurbishment throughout. Modern infrastructure running through every inch of this property to give it a depth and quality that will stand for decades.

Most sizeable construction companies can build 5 new houses side by side with ample space in Oxfordshire. Give us the land and we'll get it done 🏗️

But take a row of 18th century properties in Jericho, Oxford, link them together and turn them into three storey, 4 bedroom high quality modern family homes? Now that's a different challenge entirely 💪

12 live projects. £5 million worth of construction. Right now. Across Oxfordshire 🏗️

Most people have heard of Lynch Brother Homes. But do you really understand the size, the capability and the level of service we bring to every single project? We started in 2018 as two brothers and a dream and what we've built since then is like nothing else in this city.

We don't just manage the build, we deliver it through our own group of companies. Noble Painting and Decorating, J&H Lynch Liquid Screed and Spray Rendering all sit within the group, meaning the construction, decorating, screeding and rendering is all handled in-house. No subcontracting the key stuff out. No finger pointing between trades. Just one team pulling in the same direction.
