**WANTED** Multi trade builder.

Please share around Oxfordshire.

R and B Builders are looking for a full time Multi trade with bricklaying skills to join the team and work alongside the rest of the team. It will be a variety of building work, brick / block laying, installation of steels, plaster boarding general domestic building work.

The candidates must:

Have a good understanding of a small building projects.

Be able to undertake the skills above and must be willing to work as part of the team with different trade.

Ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and self motivated, must have a full driving licence with own transport and be reliable.

Work is for an immediate start and further work available for the right candidate, will be paid weekly on CIS.

Happy New Year ! !

To all our customers and SM followers, we hope you had a great Christmas.

The world of a domestic builder in Oxford over the last 12 months has been mental hence the lack of post’s.

This is a little loft conversion over a garage we have recently completed in Headington Oxford, this new bathroom gives the homeowner a better space and room for a bath as well as a shower, the existing shower room has been converted into a walkway in and soon to be additional storage.

The bathroom was finished in a style to take after the main loft conversion master en-suite we did last year.

This bathroom enjoys:
*Full and half height tiling,
*Tiled floor with electric UFH
*Twin top hung Velux windows to front elevation with fitted blinds
*Lusso Stone sanitary wear
*External, thin coat silicon render.

A big thanks to all our team who worked on this project. 👏🏼

To work on loft conversions and extensions
R and B Builders are having a strong start to 2021 and with a steady flow of bookings we are looking for another carpenter/ multi skill to join the team.
The candidates must:
*Have a good understanding of small building projects including 1st/2nd fix carpentry, insulating, plasterboard tacking.
*Be willing to work as part of the team with different trade.
*Ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and self motivated, with some of their own tools, must have a full driving licence with own transport and be reliable.
We would consider an improver if you have the right attitude and approach.
Work is based in and around Oxford, will get paid weekly on CIS.

As busy building site week on week, I can hardly keep up whit the photos, it’s really nice to visit and see the scaffolding down (and the sun shining) now pushing on with internals, windows and doors.

A quick visit on Friday to our loft conversion project in Headington, Oxford, the plasterers have cracked on great what a hit they have when they are the only trade on site! Although parts don’t look finish this loft is getting the full fitted furniture treatment so a lot of the low levels will get covered. Tiled back in today, 2nd fix’s this week and a little push to the end 🔨 🔨
