We create exactly what you want, from initial free consultation to full wiring. We are not suppliers of sheds you can get anywhere, we build fully insulated, absolutely bespoke rooms, that don't require planning permission, and we will take care of everything.

Is anyone looking for an affordable garden building?

I'm giving away my much-loved beautiful little studio.

It will require a bit of planning and money put into it. It will require a team to disassemble it, take it off site (Swinburne Road, OX4) and reconstruct it in your location. But, if you're looking for something that would cost maybe 1/4 of the price of building one new this might work for you!

Read carefully :

About the building:
3 x 4m external size
Dual pitch roof (3m at highest point)
Timber frame
Sturdy construction
Opening windows on one side
Many power outlets

It needs some minor work
It need an external and internal paint job
The door needs replacing
It had some ivy growing into the roof (but it has been cut back and is still watertight)

Pluses
Beautiful hardwood floor - sanding back to remove the paint splatters and varnish and it will look gorgeous )
Watertight
No mould or damp spots
Some insulation - heats up well and stays warm.
Perfect for a painter, potter, or other creative , or as an office space or summer house.

It's likely it will be ready to take around end of November, but you'd need to be a bit flexible. If you think this could work for you, you're welcome to contact me to come and have a look, or to get quotes from builders.

Don't delay as it will need to be gone in about 6 weeks!
