Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week

Macey, technical apprentice - I started working on ICEPS in Leeds and I’ve recently moved on to FoSS in Sheffield for the duration of the project.

My typical day includes completing surveys, checking rebar and completed works, plus subcontractor setting out. To assist me with this task I use a total station and a dumpy level.

My next steps will be to complete my HNC & HND in civil engineering, before moving onto a master’s degree and becoming a chartered civil engineer. Go Construct
