Structural opening formed and built ready for open plan kitchen inside, all blockwork, padstones and cavity work to building regulations, external galvanised beam space bolted to internal beam ready for sliding doors to be fitted and cladding reinstated, turned this one around in 3 days for on to the next !

Before and after of a recent rendering job we have done on Dartmouth road, stripped, cleaned down, rendagrip applied and 2 coat sand and cement system applied with a tyrolean finish, thanks to for the assist on this one, ready for a lick of paint when it’s had a few weeks to dry out and cure

🚨 we had to move fast on this job, we moved things around last minute for a client/ friend we have worked for for the past 30 years, converting an old polycarbonate flat roof conservatory into a liveable room in time for them to move back in after receiving hospital treatment. Rip off existing roof, run new hipped roof in existing pitched roof ridge beam, felt batten and tile, PIR insulation fire boarded, new lights and skimmed in 5 days start to finish, very grateful customer and a pleasure for us to do

Gable end wall supported and first floor section removed to allow for open plan kitchen diner area, two big 254 x 146 beams put in at 250kg a piece! Awkward access but steels all in safely and fire lined ready for beading and plastering. A key detail so many people miss out is install cavity trays above the new opening to stop water ingress via the cavity !
