Rear single storey timber frame extension💎
Customer wanted to achieve another bedroom and downstairs toilet to explain their house. We went for the timber frame option due to poor access and also being able to maximises the internal room of the build.
Along with this, the boiler was originally outside in the brick out house. They went with the option of upgrading their system to a combi boiler installed by situated in the new downstairs toilet of the extension.
All complaint with building regs under permitted development .
