How this boiler never exploded 🤯 The pressure of a heating system should never be over 3bar of pressure. This boilers pressure gauge off the scale 🤯🆘

All Presssurised boilers/systems have to be fitted by law with Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) To reduce system pressure in the event it raising over 3bar ❌ To stop the boiler bursting or exploding causing danger to life or property 🤯

This Boiler did infact have PRV but it was capped stopping the boiler reducing pressure and could have caused the boiler to explode 🤯❌

The boiler was made safe 🙌🏻 This is another reason why you should always have your Boiler/System. 🧑🏼‍🔧

This Boiler is 43 years old 👏🏻

The customer called me and asked if could service this appliance as he tried for about 6 months to get an engineer to do it. Most advised they hadn’t worked on it so were not confident working on a balanced flued boiler.

As sad it seems i actually really enjoyed working on this boiler. Simple gas engineering at its very best. 🔥

It passed the safety checks with flying colours.✅

With winter fast approaching it is critical to have your boiler/heating system checked.☃️

Baxi 800 in 🔥

This model is the 36kw that produces 15 litres a minute of hot water 🔥🚿🛀

This model also comes with a 10 year warranty that includes parts and labour for 10 years 👨🏼‍🔧🤝

As with all my installs the system was magnacleaned 🧲 Assuring all radiators are consistently red hot 🔥

The Customer also had the Hive Smart thermostat installed so they can now control the central heating via there phone 📲

Monday complete 🔥

Customer called on friday with No Heating 🥶

The Heat Exchanger seals became defective and melted the boiler 🤯❌⛔️

The Boiler was condemned ⛔️

Today we fitted Baxi Platinum 33kw Erp with a 10 year warranty 👨🏼‍🔧🤝

The customer now doesn’t need to worry about expensive repairs for the next decade 🤯👨🏼‍🔧

❌SLUDGE ❌

The customer called to ask if i come fit a new boiler as during the last cold spell he felt his radiators were not performing 🥶

He had a 6 year old High Spec Vailant boiler but his Radiators and pipework where full of Sludge ‼️

Sludge is the rust that forms inside radiators and causes cold patches and poor.

High sludge content in systems is the biggest cause of faults in boilers.

To combat this problem the system was cleaned with a Magnacleanse machine which uses high powered magnetics to pull the sludge out of the radiators together with cleaning chemicals the results are amazing. The output instantly goes from 22 degrees to 60 degrees.

The customer was delighted that he didn’t need a new boiler. The treatment was done at a fraction of the cost of new boiler 🤯 with minimal disruption to the property. He now has a high performing heating system which will save him more money on his gas bill as it is working at full efficiency!

This System had to Magnacleansed due to high sludge content 🤢

The System is now spotless and the customer has high performance from all Rads 🔥

HIVE Smart controller.

Most People think the HIVE is just for people who are seriously into tech 📱

The technology in the HIVE is amazing meaning you can turn the heating on and off from your phone as-long you have a phone signal - meaning you have your house nice & warm when you come in from work etc.

The reason for fitting the HIVE in this property is the customer has dementia. She was turning off the heating during the coldest nights in the winter. The customers family asked me if I could provide a solution to this. I recommend the Hive meaning 4 members of the family can monitor the central heating and make sure the customer has her heating on when it is needed 🔥

The Hive is compatible with most boilers.

I Attended the customers boiler last night and the Boiler was dangerous therefore condemned ⛔️❌

The customer needed a new boiler ASAP so we arranged for a new boiler today and had it fitted fully commissioned for 4pm 🔥🔥
