Integra Buildings Ltd are a UK based design and build manufacturer of prefabricated, anti vandal and modular buildings. We offer a full turnkey project package and pride ourselves on the quality of our work and relationships we build with clients. Founded in 1997, starting in a small manufacturing facility near Beverley making 2 units a week, we have now grown into a multi million pound business w

ith two manufacturing facilities producing at least 25 units a week. Our managing director has run the company for the last 20 years alongside two of our other directors. Between the five board members alone there is over 80 years of experience in the modular industry, then add in that the majority of our staff have been with us for over five years and you have a wealth of knowledge to choose from. We work closely with our clients to produce high quality modular facilities. Creating a high-quality, sustainable activities space for communities in Derby. 💚

We recently attended the official opening of YMCA Derbyshire 's Green Youth Hub - a purpose-built, net zero carbon building which will support both young people and young adults with specialist needs.

Built to high environmental and sustainable standards, the Green Youth Hub sits naturally within Wilmorton Community Gardens.

The hub has been designed as a living example of sustainability. It features solar panels, an air source heat pump, permeable landscaping and a rain garden.

Our new Integra vans have hit the road - and they’re looking seriously sharp!

The vans have also been fitted with Rhino SafeStow4 ladder systems, giving our site teams a safer and easier way to transport, load and unload their ladders.

The ground-level, gas-assisted system allows ladders to be raised and lowered without climbing onto the vehicle roof or overstretching, reducing manual handling and the risk of lifting-related injuries.

The systems are also crash tested and independently approved, helping ensure ladders remain safe and secure while on the move.

Installing these systems on our new fleet is another practical investment in health and safety, more efficient working and better equipment for our site teams.

With almost three decades of experience in modular construction, we now employ more than 200 people. We’re extremely proud of what we’ve achieved together, and to once again be named in the Top 500 Companies list for our region. ⭐

We’re nearly there at Neasden Depot, with handover of the new staff building for Transport for London planned for next week.

The team have been busy working through the final bits and pieces, and now that the furniture is going in and the finishing touches are being completed, the building is really starting to come together.

The depot supports trains across the Circle, District, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines, so it’s been great to be involved in delivering new facilities for the teams working at this important London Underground site.

One last push from everyone on site before handover. 👍
