All timber work was rotten on the front elevation.First removed all timber work, put up new marine ply and over the top ...

All timber work was rotten on the front elevation.
First removed all timber work, put up new marine ply and over the top with a paper membrane and wire mesh.
Then two coats of rendering and full paint work in white masonry paint.
Finally finished of with new black timber beams fitted in customers preferred design.

Plaster had all blown in the front room.
All plaster removed and back to bare brick work, three coats of pva glue applied all over the brick work.
Existing fireplace blocked up.
Cavity closers installed, float and set all over walls.
Full redecoration done and two school radiators installed.
