We will guide the journey all the way through from consultation to integration. We have strong experience in delivering solutions to a wide range of sectors including food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, automotive, 3PL and defence. We also work closely with some of the UK's top universities and Research & Technology Organisations (RTOs) from a Research and Development perspective. Our approach is to
take the time to get to know our client, understand their needs, objectives, and capabilities before co-creating a targeted and intelligent strategy to help them make educated decisions about their investment. Services
Robotics & engineering
We have a broad-spectrum in-house engineering team under one roof, which combines the following disciplines:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Control
- Software
- Electronic & firmware
- Robotics
- Machine vision
- AI
This means we understand robotics, automation and systems integration from every angle, which allows us to offer true value to our customers. Site survey
An initial research exercise carried out at no cost to the client to investigate possible opportunities, challenges and risks. The findings are shared with the client to assist them in deciding how they would like to progress their journey. Consultancy
A comprehensive feasibility study involving a deep and thorough appraisal (survey, assessment, analysis and evaluation) of every aspect of the facility to identify and prioritise the areas which best justify investment. Recommendations are modelled around the authoritative conclusions and published in a detailed report which also includes a clear roadmap. End of arm tooling
The design and development of bespoke end effectors and end-use components, for all types of robots, work cells and other automated systems are produced in our 3D printing facility with over 12 machine technologies. Our industry renowned rapid prototyping capability that can go from paper to prototype in 24 hours enables us to provide countless iterations and adaptations to existing industrial robots and cobots. Proof of Concept
3D point cloud scanning technologies, animation, simulation, and emulation facilitates a rapid turnaround in developing a precise proof of concept, which allows the client to visualise and justify the investment and appreciate the benefits. Our partners
We are not tied into any particular manufacturer or supplier, which gives us the freedom to recommend and implement solutions encompassing different brands that best meet the client’s specific needs. Whilst our key partners include Siemens, Festo, Creat3D, KUKA, Rethink Robotics, Franka Emika, Universal Robots, Parmley Graham, BPX Bristol and Lasermaster, this list is not exhaustive.
