Busy day out fitting today in Tenby, just about caught up with the backlog after being off…these were staggered sizes finished in just galv with light grey embossed composite boards and lockable handle… adds a lot of security to rear garden/seating area..

Bit of a mix this one, helping out a local company BUSA over the weekend who fabricated the door in there yard for another new local business starting up doing NDT TESTING for there bombing bay, we assisted getting the door into place, getting it moving then sealing after being lead lined….
Overall 2.4 ton that door weighed…

Busy day out fitting today. Both on new builds, first some modern looking gates with matching railings finished in anthracite powder coat over galvanising, the second more a traditional look with gloss black over galvanising… busy couple of weeks ahead before a well deserved break.

Sunday shift today Some church/cemetery gates fabricated and installed making the rear entrance usable again. Although now a privately lived in church. The old ones certainly seen better days.. the customer is going to paint them black himself so should blend in nicely.

Another job today helping out Phil on one of his balcony refurbishments, with a stunning view overlooking the beach….. this one the previous fabricator drilled the galv vent holes in the top and bottom plates not the actual box section, then cemented them in sealing the bottom hole… so over 15 years the legs filled up with water, froze, heated, froze etc and split every leg on the seam… so all new slightly larger diameter legs and we also added some additional support diagonals… be a nice job when finished and all composite.
