The team recently completed a full re-roofing project for a valued customer. We began by carefully stripping the existing roof, removing all of the old roof tiles, felt and battens to ensure everything was taken back to a solid base.

Once the roof was fully prepared, we installed new breathable felt and re-battened the entire roof before laying premium Marley Mendip roof tiles in the colour Old English Dark Red, chosen by the customer. The finished roof now provides a durable, weather-resistant and attractive finish that will protect the property for many years to come while enhancing its overall appearance.

The team recently completed a selection of projects for a valued customer, carrying out a full exterior and interior transformation of their property.

The works included a full house repaint using two coats of Sandtex exterior masonry paint, with the colour choice selected by the customer to achieve their desired finish.

We also completely removed the existing old slabbing from the rear garden/patio area before preparing the ground with Type 1 MOT and pea gravel to create a strong, stable sub base. Once prepared, we installed Monaprecast charcoal pavers and finished the area by brushing in kiln dried sand, creating a durable and attractive patio/garden space.

To improve the functionality of the garden, we also installed a new fence to border and section off an unused area, making better use of the available outdoor space.

Inside the property, we refreshed the living room by applying two coats of paint to the ceiling and walls, before replacing the flooring and completing the fireplace with new tiling to create a fresh, modern finish.

The completed works have transformed both the exterior and interior of the property, providing the customer with a refreshed, practical and long-lasting finish throughout.

The team recently completed a re-turfing project for a valued customer. Before beginning the installation, the team carefully removed all of the existing grass and excavated and removed approximately 16 tonnes of waste and soil to create a clean and stable base for the works.

We then installed timber sleepers to create a strong and attractive border around the area, before placing and levelling a fresh topsoil base. Once the groundwork was complete, the team laid new turf to provide a smooth and even finish. A sturdy slab base was also installed for the customer’s shed, ensuring a durable and level foundation.

The completed project has transformed the outdoor space, providing a neat, practical and low-maintenance lawn area that will be enjoyed for years to come.
