Pendragon Developers Ltd is seeking a strategic funding partner for residential property refurbishment and resale (flips).
Investment Model:
Year 1: 3 projects (approx. 3 months per project)
Year 2 onwards: 4+ projects per year
Target profit per project: ~£40,000
Investor Returns:
100% of your initial investment is repaid upon sale of each property
Net profits are then split 50/50
Projected returns:
Year 1: ~£60,000 total profit share
Year 2 onwards: ~£80,000+ annually (based on 4 projects)

Full project sourcing, refurbishment, and management
Experienced trade network delivering high-quality, on-schedule renovations
End-to-end sales process
What You Provide:
Purchase and renovation funding (plus agreed operator wage)
This is a hands-on partnership with transparent project updates, clear timelines, and defined exit on each completed sale.
