Wren bedroom fitted furniture recently fitted by Bolton Developments in Blackburn.

Customer in Leyland wanted a new boarded attic floor to access the new boiler in the loft. they also wanted to create an extra attic storage space. So we removed the old insulation, counter battened and strengthened the ceiling and added the correct depth of new insulation. We then fully boarded the loft to the eaves to create a great extra space and ease of access to the boiler.

We have recently completed an external improvement job to a traditional bungalow in Longridge. The works carried out was replacement joinery to facia boards with new feature diamonds & black & white Satin painting to existing facias & soffits. We also replaced the guttering and down pipes to both sides of the bungalow with new black UPVC.

We also replaced the old side gate with a new timber gate while we was there.
