Another fantastic dormer lift conversion completed 🙌
After speaking with several building companies, our clients chose us for our transparency, fair pricing, and support from day one — even before architect drawings were in place.

This full-length dormer transformation created a brand-new upstairs living and dining space, all completed during the challenging winter months. Despite the weather, the project ran smoothly, with constant communication and a dedicated, polite team on site every step of the way.

We’ve recently completed a project at a property on Bedford Road in St Ives, delivering a refreshed look while enhancing both functionality and maintain ing character.

• The front elevation saw the removal of outdated pebble dash, exposing the original granite stonework beneath. This has been carefully repointed and restored, giving the façade a new lease of life and honouring the building's heritage.

• To the rear, we replaced the existing door and window with a bespoke set of black French doors, designed to maximise natural light and connect the interior with the outdoors.

• Internally, we created a dedicated utility area, adding practical value to the home without compromising on design.

We are so pleased to have completed the project with more ideas in the pipeline - it was an absolute pleasure to work for this client.
