We’re proud to share the successful delivery of groundworks for a local affordable housing development in Porthcurno, near Penzance — completed on time within a tight 6-week programme ⏱️
From initial site prep through to final surfacing, the works included:
- Installation of new kerbing throughout the site
- Raising covers and gully adjustments for finished levels
- Laying high-quality bitmac surfacing to roads, footpaths, and parking bays
- Forming a new site entrance to improve access and usability

Footpaths (85mm bitmac): 95 m²
Parking Bays (85mm bitmac): 224 m²
Kerbing installed:
BN (0 upstand): 42 m
BN (6 upstand): 13 m

HB2 kerb: 43 m
