We were delighted to help with this extension project for a local farmer, creating a finish that complements the character of the farmhouse.

One side was completed using reclaimed 300x200 Spanish slates, with reclaimed 400x200 slates on the other side. The reclaimed ridge tiles were also carefully incorporated to achieve a traditional rustic appearance that blends in with the existing property.

We also fibreglassed the newly added extension, expertly constructed by Tony. As always, it was a pleasure working alongside him and contributing to another successful project.

We were delighted to work alongside SJ Construction SW LTD on this project. The work included removing and rebuilding the chimney to accommodate a log flue, as well as a complete roof replacement. The existing roof was stripped and reinstalled with new battens, a breathable membrane, fibre cement slates, new lead valleys, and a dry ridge system.

Another recent fibreglass roof repair completed.

This roof, only a couple of years old, had unfortunately begun to leak due to poor installation. We carried out a full refurbishment, including replacing the OSB boards, installing new trims, and applying a fresh fibreglass system to ensure a durable, watertight finish.

We’ve recently completed a lean-to roof replacement for a local builder that had been experiencing damp issues. The problem was caused by the previous insulation touching the felt, which led to condensation and moisture build-up.

To resolve this, we removed the old tiles, felt, battens, and insulation. The roof was then rebuilt using new tiles, battens, and low-pitch breathable felt, along with Celotex insulation installed with a 1-inch ventilation gap to ensure proper airflow and prevent future condensation problems.

Another happy customer and a roof built to last. 👌🏽
