Freddy Products Ltd Freddy have been supplying coolant recycling machines, and vacuums since 1962. We have come far since then!

Freddy was established in 1962, supplying the UK and USA with the renowned Mark I filtration machines, originally complementing the de la Pena Oil brand. Since then we have designed and manufactured the Freddy family of industrial vacuums and coolant filtration machines, from the compact and adaptable Superminor, to the robust “great filtrator” Mark 5, all designed to remove, filter and return coolant for longer life, and improve machining results.

An explanation of why we have been a bit quiet 🫠

We took on some fabrication work for a motorsport customer that has just snowballed.

The team has worked tirelessly through the weekend to make 4 jigs. Two as you see in the picture and two smaller ones

All this while still trying to keep the Fred's flying around the world.

No Ai...... no tricks...... no editing......

Just a Freddy Midi hooked up to our awesome Floor Tool, ripping through coolant and spill granules, and showing off by leaving a nice dry line.

Before you say.... THIS IS CLEAN WATER 💦

We have given this bespoke build machine for two options for discharge

90% of their collected fluids can go through a floor drain into a large holding tank. They can simply drive up to the drain open the tap and let it empty in minutes.

Alternatively, as you've seen the previous reel, they can pressure out into an IBC or barrel.

Anything is possible with Freddy...... you imagine it we'll make it.

Now for the discharge part....note this is clean water we are using for testing.

We are using pressure created by our 2 motors to empty the tank.

Watch what we can do with just 2kw and 110v.......250/ltr a minute on a 6m hose.
We don't need to bully you into 4kw 400v..... why would we when our motors have this much secret sauce 🌪️ 🌪️

One of a kind bespoke request from 🇺🇸 for a 300 gall (1200ltr) Freddy Midi. This thing absolutely rips.....and doing it all on a domestic 110v 2kw supply. Nobody else even comes close to this build.....and even if they think they do.......they have to do it with 4kw or higher on 400v!
Thanks to and the team at GE for the working group to hone this spec to be exactly what the site needs without compromise 👊

He put us in touch with Ben who was making one for a colleague who was retiring from their engineering firm. He used their real Freddy Superminor daily.

Fast forwad a week and we have bought our own for our display cabinet in the showroom
