Here’s a few sneak peek pictures of our development project that’s now well underway.
Sand blasting of old beams and the brickwork is bringing back the character of the building.
A general strip out has allowed air into the building after having been shut up for the last 15 or more years. 👷🏼‍♂️🏡🧱

We’ve recently completed an extensive range of Lanscaping works to the Diglis House Hotel in Worcester. 🍻🍔

Installing a new hard standing area for an outdoor bar trailer, allowing for step free access. 🍾🍷

A newly created raised seating area, utilising space that was once wasted. This included installing raised sleeper walls, and a smooth resin bound surface. Along with newly planted borders, complimented by the black powder coated posts and rope 🪴🪻

We’ve created a flat cut out of the bank, which has allowed for a new catering area (to follow) and a double uni-sex toilet block. This area was finished in a permeable resinbound surface also🚽🚻

Following on from all of the external works, we have been working hard on all of the internal rooms of the hotel, including the bar, lounge, conservatory, restaurant, reception, function suite and a newly created private dining room. 🍾🍷🥄🍴

First large project of 2026 took us to Evesham Golf Club to refurbish the fourth hole.

This has included raising the rear of the green with 100’s of tons of material to create a new tall rear facing sand trap.

Reducing the slope of the existing green, whilst at the same time enlarging it. We’ve increased the size of the right green side bunker, and added some shaping to it.

The newly shaped bunkers have had a rubber crumb base installed into them, this will stop contamination between sand and soils. Aswell as deterring any animals from scraping the surface 🐇🐰

Reduced the front approach, transforming this from a previous wall of earth to a now mellowed slope into the green.

Aswell as all of this work we have relayed the existing pathway in a rubber mulch to help assist with grip for golfers and buggy’s. Planted x2 well established trees to the left side of the 4th fairway. Aswell as altering the camber of the banking to the left side of the 7th green. 🌲🌳

Difficult conditions to work in this side of Christmas, however the hole is starting to take some shape now. Keep an eye out for our video of a small drone fly over. ⛳️🏌️📸📹

It was a very wet and mucky couple of weeks on this cellar conversion. But we managed to get there in the end. 💦👷🏼‍♂️

Excavating of the cellar, with a new concrete plynth for the drainage channels.
Newly created external fire escape.
Damp-proofed walls. New sump hole and new dirty water pump installed.
Newly built lightwell and installation of roof window.
New external drainage for rainwater goods. ✅✅✅

Also little mention to Mega Grab Ltd
For giving us a helping hand with getting the micro out 👍🏽✅.
