Running out of warehouse space? Don't move - extend!

J Murphy & Sons needed to increase their storage for a National Grid project in Iver - but they didn't want to abandon their existing setup to do it.

Instead of replacing their original Zappshelter, they simply scaled up.

Thanks to Zappshelter's modular design, we were able to manufacture and supply a new 12.2m extension framework and a single, continuous 18.3m cover to seamlessly bridge the new and old frames, even incorporating their original rear end-wall to reduce waste and costs.

Hillhead Show is almost upon us, and we're seriously excited to be showing The Bull for the first time!

Just finishing a few little bits to make sure he's in the best possible condition:

✅ Cylinder heads stripped and pressure tested
✅ Exhaust valves replaced and lapped in
✅ Valve stem seals replaced
✅ New cylinder head gaskets
✅ New cylinder head bolts
✅ Hydraulic lifters replaced
✅ Fuel injectors replaced
✅ Injector seals and associated gaskets replaced
✅ Rocker cover gaskets replaced
✅ Inlet manifold and valley seals replaced
✅ Fresh engine oil and oil filter
✅ Cooling system refilled
✅ Tyre pressure check

We are delighted to welcome not one, but two new Sheltologists® to the Zappshelter Sales team - Stephen McNicol and Brinsley Clarke!

Stephen joins us with a wealth of experience from a long and successful sales career across the motor and hospitality industries. (Fun fact: He is officially our third Stephen that's spelled with a 'ph'!)

Bringing great technical expertise to the team, Brinsley joins us after a successful 4-year stint as a pre-construction manager.

2026 has already been a year of strong growth and increasingly complex project demands for us. Brinsley and Stephen's backgrounds and knowledge make them the perfect fit as we continue to help our clients protect what matters most to them.
