🤩 Slap Through With New Dressed Sandstone Surround

Another cool project to be involved in where we were tasked with opening up the gable end, supplying, dressing & fitting new stone to create a tidy French Door surround.

The design was like for like copied from the front of the building with the tall rybats and longer tie bands throughout.

We also installed 2 new window cills for floor height windows to be installed.

The gable also finished off with some fresh pointing.

Thanks to our pals at S. Brechin Builders for carrying out the Slapping works, helped us out massively to give us time to procure the stone for the project and have it dressed in time.

Construction work is all about deadlines and without a finished slap and opening things such as poured concrete, internal kit walls or sizing and ordering windows & doors couldn’t have happened within schedule.

What a fantastic transformation 😍

It’s been an absolute pleasure to play our part in the restoration of the Coorie Inn Restaurant & Rooms in Muthill.

We were tasked with the job to bring the facade of the building back to life - our scope of works included;
- Lime pointing
- Paint removal thanks to
- Stone replacements
- Surface repair

The team smashed it out the park!

It’s been one of our favourite jobs to date and an honour to carry out the work, as the standard of tradesmen the guys at the Coorie Inn employ are all exceptional - they’re always improving and investing into their business.
