Clockwork Building – Office Refurbishment | Hammersmith, London

We’re pleased to share the successful completion of our CAT B refurbishment works across the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors at the Clockwork Building, Beavor Lane, Hammersmith.

Delivered within a live, multi-tenanted building, the project transformed vacant office accommodation into modern, market-ready workspace. The works combined upgraded services, refurbished timber flooring, contemporary finishes and new kitchenette facilities, while retaining the character of the existing concrete structure.

Careful coordination with our client CLS Holdings plc and the project team at Savills ensured minimal disruption to occupiers, with a strong focus on programme certainty, quality and health & safety compliance throughout.

Project Update | RAAC Removal – London Bridge, Tooley Street

Onsite today in some very wet and windy conditions for our latest progress meeting at Magdalen House, Tooley Street, where the RAAC planking removal is well underway.

Despite the weather, the team is progressing exactly as planned. With the tin-hat protection fully installed, works have been able to continue without disruption, keeping RAAC removal firmly on programme. The team is advancing at a steady pace to allow the new roof deck installation to begin shortly. This will open the way for internal repairs and refurbishment to commence, ready for the tenant to reoccupy the space in early March.

It’s great to see the benefit of the early preparation carried out over the Christmas period — with the scaffold, tin-hat protection and external material lift all in place, the project continues to run smoothly and safely in what is a tight and highly constrained London Bridge environment.

From concept to completion.

We’re proud to share the completed refurbishment of the ground and first-floor reception and office space at The Brewery.

What was once a former NHS premises has now been transformed into a bright, modern workplace that fully realises the architects’ vision. Delivered over a nine-week programme, the project focused on creating a welcoming reception area and high-quality office environment fit for modern working.

A fantastic example of how considered design and well-executed refurbishment can completely re-energise a space.

What a day, A fantastic time was had by all at the Cambridge Dragon Boat Race – and a huge well done to the entire Crestel team for their amazing performance and for winning the award for the most sponsorship raised for Addenbrooke’s Hospital! 💙

It was a true team effort and a brilliant family day out – the perfect chance for everyone’s families to come together to enjoy a day filled with fun, barbecue food and drinks.

👏 Thank you to everyone who supported us, donated, and cheered us on.

We’re already looking forward to doing it all again next year!

Project Update – The Guineas Shopping Centre, Newmarket

Scaffolding is now in place as we begin structural repairs and full window replacements at The Guineas Shopping Centre.

Following the recent failure of the bay support structures, our team moved quickly to safeguard the centre and commence essential remedial works.

This project showcases Crestel Projects’ expertise in complex structural remediation and refurbishment, ensuring the building’s integrity and preparing it for many more years of safe use.

On Saturday 13th September 2025, the Crestel Projects Crewsaders will be swapping hard hats for paddles and hitting the water at the Cambridge Dragon Boat Festival — all to raise money for Addenbrooke’s Hospital.
