Designed, tested and manufactured to provide more protection in the event of on accident over the standard crash bar.

The retractable towing eyes mean they don’t flail around and scratch the front of the car and give a towing point in front of the bumper to avoid ripping fibreglass bumpers even when being pulled at 90 degrees.

📢 Customer Success Story 📢

With an incredible last lap win and many other great results in their Ford Mondeo Super Tourer, AJ Owen and the ORT Motorsport team contacted us to manufacture replacement front wishbones to help keep this incredible car on track.

The original wishbone was 3D scanned and reverse engineered before a subtle redesign of the new wishbones was completed and the new design manufactured. An in house 3D printed jig was used to set the wishbone during manufacture and a second 3D printed jig was produced to control caster adjustment whilst maintaining track width and subframe mounting alignment in a future design.

A fast turnaround on these wishbones ensured that the car was back on track a short time later competing for podiums and we’re looking forward to seeing how the team get on in 2025.
