We pride ourselves in the complex repairs and re-manufacture of body work where no tooling exists. We bring some stunning racing cars back to the track.

This is our latest program of work completed. This Leyton House F1 car body work was crash damaged. We laser scanned another car, re-drew the areas of the body work we required in CAD. Created a 5 Axis CNC machined direct mould, autoclave cured our new part and re-integrated the new section into the original bodywork, keeping the provenance alive.

CHAPTER 2 : The conclusion to our stunning 962 Porsche project working with Moto Historics Ltd . Following on from the laser scanning and reverse engineering of the original nose section we completed patterns & moulds and went on to complete the manufacture of the entire nose section carbon fibre including light buckets. Trial fitment was a complete success and just last weekend the car took victory out in Daytona! A huge congratulations to the drivers and team. AGN is delighted to have been able to offer the end to end service from scanning through to production to complete this project. If we can help you with your composite project then get in touch.
