Our workshop is equipped with a versatile range of high-precision laser welders , allowing us to handle a wide variety of materials, thicknesses, and production requirements with exceptional accuracy and repeatability.

We currently operate:
• 1 × 3 kW laser welder
• 3 × 2 kW laser welders
• 1 × 1.2 kW laser welder

We’re super happy with how this tank turned out! From the very start, our customer brought the water tanks to us with a clear design in mind and a vision of what they wanted to create. It’s been great seeing that idea come to life, and we’re really pleased with the finished result.

‼️ WE’RE HIRING - Experienced / Semi-Experienced MIG Welder

Roan Fabrication Ltd – Specialist Metal Fabricators

Due to continued growth, Roan Fabrication Ltd is looking to recruit an Experienced or Semi-Experienced MIG Welder to strengthen our fabrication team.

Working Hours:
• 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Overtime available but not compulsory
The Role:
• MIG welding of mild steel components
• Working from engineering drawings
• Producing high-quality fabrications to specification
• Working effectively as part of a team and on your own
Essential / Desired Skills:
• MIG welding experience (semi-experienced applicants considered)
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Strong work ethic and reliability
Important:
• A MIG welding test will form part of the recruitment process
Desirable (but not essential):
• Forklift truck licence (training may be available)
• Experience in a fabrication workshop environment

Roan Fabrication Ltd – Specialist Metal Fabricators

Roan Fabrication Ltd is a growing specialist metal fabrication company, and we are looking to recruit an Apprentice Workshop Operative to join our team and learn a skilled trade in a modern fabrication environment.

Working Hours:
• 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Overtime available but not compulsory

The Role:
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone looking to start a career in metal fabrication. Full training will be provided.
Duties will include:
• Operating laser cutting machinery
• Assisting with press brake operations
• De-burring and finishing fabricated parts
• General workshop duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The Ideal Candidate:
• Keen to learn and develop new skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team and independently
• Interest in engineering / metal fabrication
• No previous experience required – full training provided
