Airblast recently completed the commissioning of a containerised blast room for a UK-based metal fabrication and laser cutting specialist.

For this client, investing in a dedicated in-house surface treatment solution was crucial for enhancing production efficiency and reducing turnaround times. However, limited indoor space at their site posed a significant challenge to scaling their operations.

Following a thorough consultation, we identified their requirements and delivered a bespoke solution: our containerised blast room.

Turnkey and fully demountable, the blast container was delivered and installed outside their workshop, where space was abundant. With electrical and compressor connections completed, the system was operational, allowing the client to immediately benefit from streamlined, in-house blasting.
