We’ve been working on Bradwell Village and Priory Common schools alongside ASHE this year. They share a cohesive interior design that draws on a contemporary interpretation of each school’s existing colour palette. New classrooms at both sites are designed with modern teaching in mind, incorporating teaching walls and integrated storage to create functional, flexible learning environments tailored to the needs of all learners.

At Priory Common School, a modern extension has been added to house a new SEN unit, addressing the growing need for inclusive education spaces. The development features accessible toilets, a sensory room, and a purpose-built classroom. A new entrance on the front elevation of the school improves visibility and accessibility, while outdoor courtyard spaces provide additional learning and recreation opportunities for all students.

On Friday, we marked World Environment Day, a reminder of the importance of creating sustainable, enriching spaces for future generations. At TMV, this commitment is reflected in the projects we help deliver.

We have recently been working alongside ASHE at Bradwell Village School, where the existing chicken coop has been transformed into a vibrant outdoor sensory garden, enhancing the school’s provision for sensory and outdoor learning. The wider refurbishment project includes the development of new classrooms, a dedicated sensory room, and a medical storage area.

In addition, a brand-new Special Educational Needs (SEN) unit has been introduced, complete with its own entrance to promote accessibility and independence for pupils. New outdoor courtyard spaces have also been created to support inclusive learning, play, and wellbeing.

By repurposing existing spaces and creating environments that connect pupils with the outdoors, projects like Bradwell Village School demonstrate how thoughtful development can support both educational outcomes and environmental responsibility.

Huge thanks to Taylor Maxwell for inviting TMV to the Clerkenwell Exhibition in London. It was fantastic to explore new products and material innovations, while also getting involved in a hands-on brick spraying experience. After a day full of inspiration, we rounded off the evening catching up over projects, socialising, and enjoying a few games of darts.

A great day in London at the Clerkenwell Exhibition with Taylor Maxwell. We had the opportunity to discover a range of exciting new material samples and products, as well as try our hand at spraying custom bricks that will be fired in the Netherlands. The day ended with networking, project discussions, and some friendly darts competition!

TMV recently attended the Clerkenwell Exhibition in London thanks to an invitation from Taylor Maxwell. From exploring innovative new materials and product samples to getting hands-on spraying our own bricks, which are now heading to the Netherlands to be fired, it was a brilliant day of creativity, collaboration, and inspiration. The evening finished with great conversations, project reflections, and a few competitive games of darts!

We have thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Probus and the client team to successfully deliver a contemporary office extension and comprehensive refurbishment project. Working closely together throughout the process has enabled the creation of a modern, functional, and high-quality workspace that reflects both the client’s vision and the evolving needs of the business.

Marcus and Steve recently attended the ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of Tente. It’s been a fantastic journey working alongside Probus and the client to deliver a contemporary office extension and refurbishment, and we’re incredibly proud to see the finished space brought to life. We hope the client and team enjoy the building for many years to come.
