Here is another recently completed bathroom. This was one of two bathrooms we completed for a customer. The bathroom was taken back to block work. We then fully rewired, replaced all the plumbing and built framework to mount wall hung vanity and toilet. We built a walk in shower with niche. Blue tooth speakers where fitted into the ceiling along with down lights and a fan in the shower area. Fully tiled and lovely LVT flooring laid. All designed, supplied and installed by us here at KBE.

Here are some before and afters of a garden job we completed recently. We were asked by the customer to take this job on from a previous company. We agreed on a design and proceeded with the work. Removing an old raised patio area and replacing it with a large raised decking area and steps down onto the rest of the garden. We removed and old garden pond and levelled the garden and installed drainage and curb stones. We rendered the garage and low garden walls in white monocouche render and refitted the copping stones. The paving was then installed on top of 100mm of compacted hardcore. then we installed the artificial grass to finish the project.

Here is a garage conversion we completed in Peterborough. The client did not like having to walk through the lounge to get into the rest of the property. We removed the old front door and bricked up the opening. Not being able to match the bricks we tinted them once we had finished the brick work to match it all in. We then removed the old garage door and raised up the lintel and fitted a new composite door and glass panels. Inside we insulated the walls floor and ceiling and created a office, storage cupboard and lovely new entrance way into the property. We pully boarded, plastered and decorated the entrance and fitted storage in the office area and beautiful oak doors.

This was a job we completed in Barrowden in Rutland. Unfortunately the customer had problems with water ingress on this extension from the time it was built. On inspection there was a few reasons this had happened. We located the issues and then went about rectifying the problems. This meant we had to remove all the coping stones and stonework down to the bifold door level. we rectified the issue with the cavity tray above the bifold door. Insulated the ceiling space correctly. We the corrected the fall of the flat roof so the water could run off the roof correctly. We fitted a new roof deck and grp roof. All new lead flashing and fitted a damp tray under the coping stones. Once completed the customer had a leak free extension.

This is a completed job we carried out in Peterborough. We removed the rear wall of the property and built a lovely 3m x 5m extension. This created a lovely living space for the clients. We built a w/c under the stairs too. WE fitted underfloor heating in the new extension, rewired the house, new central heating, new bathroom. We replastered and fitted new skirting boards, architraves and doors throughout the property too.

Our sister company KBE Kitchens supplied and fitted one of its own range of kitchens while we completed all the other works.
