Happy Birthday - Phoenix Energy. - 20 years today 🍾🥂

20 years of helping businesses across the North East, (and the rest of Great Britain) to save money on their energy bills and to sort out their new utility connections and metering. Many 1000s of customers and £millions saved. 1000s of new connections and 100s of new building developments constructed with my help.
I feel a little bit proud today 😀

It’s been very enjoyable being my own boss, not having to suffer fools or answer to idiots, working to my own pace but always making sure my customers receive the best possible service. It’s been a bit hard sometimes but I’ve survived recessions, Covid, failure of suppliers owing money, customers not paying and a massive energy crisis.

Thanks to all my friends, business contacts, suppliers, clients and customers for putting up with me and helping along the way.
Here’s to a the next 20 years (but probably not 😂)

Email from one of my suppliers - energy markets are in chaos at the moment and prices are horrendously high!
Other suppliers will follow, as many have stopped quoting or taking on new business.

If anyone has contracts coming round for renewal let me know and I will try to help.

One of the big energy suppliers I work with has emailed to see ‘they are not taking on new business contracts for the foreseeable future’.

I may still be able to help if you have any urgent energy renewals or need assistance with energy contracts but it is likely to get worse and other suppliers will probably follow.

One Select, an energy supplier with about 36,000 domestic customers, has ceased to trade.
