This time last week, the Chelsea Flower Show was in full swing, and we loved showing you around our trade stand and chatting all things growing and greenhouses 🌸

After months of planning, growing, designing, and building, it’s incredibly special to see so many people enjoying our stand and sharing such kind admiration for our greenhouses. From inspiring conversations to meeting fellow gardening enthusiasts, Chelsea is always a wonderful reminder of the passion people have for growing and garden living.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful collaborators for helping bring our RHS Chelsea Flower Show stand to life 🌸

As a family business with a shared passion for craftsmanship, heritage, and timeless garden design, Westminster Stone has played an important role in shaping the atmosphere across our stand this year.

Their beautiful paving features throughout both greenhouse spaces, including Jacobean brick pavers within our Thomas Messenger lean-to greenhouse and Tintagel Slate inside our Mottisfont greenhouse. Outside, their latest Egyptian limestone porcelain with soft antiqued edges sits alongside Antique Fieldmoor slimsetts, helping to create a seamless connection between greenhouse and garden living.

Inspired by Victorian engineering pioneer Thomas Messenger, this bespoke greenhouse combines timeless design with modern craftsmanship, creating a productive growing space designed for both cultivation and enjoyment. Throughout the tour, Nelly talks through the design details, growing spaces, and thoughtful features that bring the greenhouse to life.

Filled with plants and heritage vegetables carefully grown and nurtured at Alitex HQ using seeds from , the greenhouse celebrates every stage of the growing cycle, from propagation and growing on to harvest. Traditional benching and cold frames showcase authentic productivity, while beautiful paving by and wallpaper by .by.thyme on the rear wall bring warmth and texture to the space.

We have achieved another 5 star trade stand at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring another five star stand to life. Blood, sweat and shears go into our Chelsea show builds, and we couldn’t be prouder of what has been achieved this year.

A special thank you to all of our wonderful collaborators, whose creativity, expertise, and shared vision have helped shape every detail of the stand.

Join and inside our much-loved Mottisfont greenhouse at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 🪻

Together, they take a tour through the space, exploring the inspiration behind this year’s display and how the greenhouse has been transformed into a celebration of vegetables from around the world. Inspired by travel and filled with August’s own collected pieces and personal touches, the space tells a story of heritage varieties, productive growing, and the joy of cultivating food from seed to harvest.

Deeply personal to August, many of the vegetables have also been grown in collaboration with patients at l, highlighting the positive impact gardening can have on wellbeing, connection, and recovery. Many of the plants in the greenhouse have been grown from seeds sourced from - each with a story of its own.

The second greenhouse on our RHS Chelsea Flower Show stand - our much-loved Mottisfont greenhouse from our National Trust collection, proudly showcased on our Wainscot aluminium base 🌸

For this year’s Chelsea display, the greenhouse has been transformed in collaboration with into a journey through vegetables from around the world, celebrating heritage varieties, productive growing, and the beauty of the growing cycle from seed to harvest.

Using seeds from the , the planting reflects the power of gardening to nurture wellbeing and connection. Deeply personal to August, many of the vegetables have also been grown in collaboration with patients at , bringing an even deeper sense of community and purpose to the space.

Finished in ‘Greensand’ and filled with traditional detailing, the Mottisfont offers a versatile growing space designed for both productivity and enjoyment.
