6x6 oak frame sat on dwarf brick walls with lead drips. Thermally treated cladding and joinery for the walls windows and doors. Natural clay Sandtoft 20/20 roof tiles with capped angled ridges. Inside hosts a large store area, a utility room and a w.c. All ideal for the outdoor garden lover.

Project Cart Shed Completed!

200mm x 200mm Douglas fir main frame stood on bespoke sandstone staddle stones and stainless brackets. Doors and window manufactured out of kiln dried Douglas fir. Enclosed store cladded in 200mm x 20mm sawn Douglas fir.

Full project from design to fitting the weathervane carried out by the Farrow & Dale team.

Douglas fir sourced locally from

Sandtoft roof tiles, stone effect ridges, Brett Martin Cascade guttering and 175x45mm rafter timber supplied by malton branch.

Contemporary outdoor living structure completed in time for summer 2025.
Working closely with the customers to design an area that worked as the perfect outdoor entertaining area and also nestled into the embankment with a contemporary feel. The structure is designed to have an open feel allowing the garden in and benefit from the afternoon/evening sun.

Completed this beauty in the hottest spring on record! Bespoke 3 bay with a footprint of 10m x 6m! Using 200x200mm French oak for the main frame and locally sourced 200x20mm Douglas fir for the cladding. Rafters overdrawn with composite cladding, counter battened and finished with natural clay panties to really finish it off inside and out!!!

All works from design to completion carried out by the Farrow & Dale team.

Another beauty manufactured and installed in the gorgeous spring sun ☀️

Slimming the posts down to 5x5’s and keeping straight lines gives this porch a slender more contemporary look to sit perfectly on this 160 year old town house!

Another job completed, we worked closely with the customer on this one to fulfil their vision of transforming the front of this lovely stone built property. Before and after photos to follow shortly. This has got to be one of our favourite porches to date, this chunky but well proportioned porch sits beautifully on this newly renovated farm house giving them plenty of room to kick off their wellies. Once the bottom panels get finished in monocouche render, inside floor gets tiled and gravel laid this really will complete this stunning property.

Nice to see the windows and doors supplied fully finished by fit perfectly into our seasoned oak frame making this extension have a real charm and bespoke touch!
