Project completed in Elstree
Stripped whole house to bare bricks, added 5m x 11m across rear extension with strip and raft foundations, added two rooms and bathroom in loft, complete new crown roof with dormer at the back - 3x electric Velux windows - Bespoke RAL colour soffit fascias and gutters, created 4m x 1m and 2m x 1m opening for skylights in new extension roof, removed structural walls and installed steel box frame, installed 27 x steel beams, new plumbing in order to provide 4 bar pressure in all bathrooms simultaneously, new electrics, installed Mitsubishi multi split smart air con system throughout the house, underfloor heating throughout 210m2 ground floor area, bespoke Oak staircase, 2x bespoke electric pocket doors, 4x new bathrooms, smart controlled heating and hot water system, Wifi mesh, multi room sky matrix system, electric velux windows, Insulated all external walls with 80mm Sto (German made) insulation and silicone based self cleaning render, created new patio and garden design area, etc.
Client is very happy with quality of work and how project was handled over the period of 10 months as Principal contractor.

Just finished this extension project in Northwood.
Supplied and installed all materials including, all first fix for extension, all metal beams, water underfloor heating, tiles, bespoke conservatory with 3x 2m wide sliding doors and 7x 5m long glass panel roof with remote operated window, removed external wall between kitchen and conservatory, supplied and installed Hand made solid wood kitchen with granite,raised external ground level and installed new edging stones, porcelain slabs and Astro turf.
