Growth doesn't stop once you've solved this quarter's problem.

More space today. Better organisation next. Extra protection after that. What starts as one change usually turns into several, spread out as your client's business keeps scaling.

That's the stage a lot of suppliers aren't built for. They can help with one part of the picture, but not the next one, or the one after that.

QTS is built to keep up. Whatever your client needs next, whether that's more usable space, a warehouse that's easier to navigate, or better protection as activity increases, it's already part of what we supply, so now you can get it all from one trusted partner.

Busier warehouses carry more risk.

More stock movement, more forklift traffic, and more people working in tighter spaces all add pressure as your client's operation scales. It's rarely one big change. It's usually a gradual build-up that goes unnoticed until something gives.

Unprotected racking, poorly segregated areas, and inadequate safety measures rarely cause problems when things are quiet. The gaps tend to show up once activity picks up.

Anti-collapse mesh keeps racking failures contained rather than catastrophic. Safety barriers separate pedestrian and vehicle routes before an incident forces the point. Racking protection absorbs the impact that would otherwise damage the structure and the stock on it.

Protection should scale alongside growth, not catch up after the fact.

Growth doesn't just mean more stock. It means more to keep track of.

More SKUs, more locations, more people moving through the warehouse. What was once a simple operation for your client can quickly turn into one that's hard to navigate, even for the people who work there every day.

Without clear organisation, that complexity shows up fast. Slower picking, stock going missing, mistakes that cost time to fix.

This is where warehouse identification pays off.

Aisle markers, location labels, and safety signage all help keep a busier warehouse easy to move around, whatever the throughput.

Growth shouldn't mean losing control of the day-to-day. With the right signage and labelling in place, it doesn't have to.

Growth is good news. Until the space can't keep up with demand.

As your client's stock volumes climb, even a well-used warehouse can start to struggle. Aisles tighten, pick routes slow down, and capacity becomes the thing holding the operation back.

The instinct is often to look at moving or extending the building. But there's usually more to find within the four walls first.

Once you've planned the reconfiguration, that's where we come in.

Pallet racking that makes better use of height or space. Clear signage and labelling to keep the extra throughput organised and easy to manage. And where the plan calls for it, a mezzanine floor, designed, manufactured, and installed by our team, doubling the usable footprint without extending the building.

So, before your client takes on the cost and disruption of relocating, there's a real case for making the space they've got work harder, with the right products behind the plan.

Winning more orders is easier with the right supplier by your side.

Everything we do is built around the businesses that specify and deliver warehouse projects for their clients, never the end user, and never in competition with you.

That trade-only focus works in your favour on every project.

With a full range of mesh, racking, partitions, signage, and structural solutions, you can quote a whole project from one partner.

When a site requires something bespoke, our UK design and manufacturing capabilities mean you can still say yes to those more challenging projects.

And with Quote to Site®, you can turn quotes around faster, with technical drawings and project management built in.

Ready to win more work with the support of QTS? Let's talk: https://eu1.hubs.ly/H0xB_-Y0

Winning more orders starts with being able to deliver projects across any warehouse environment.

Warehouse projects vary hugely from one client to the next.

An e-commerce fulfilment centre has different demands to a cold store, a manufacturing site, or a builders' merchant.

Winning across all of them means being able to supply the right solution for each, whatever the environment.

That's where QTS comes in.

We supply a full range of mesh, racking, partitions, signage, and mezzanine products across a wide range of industries.

And when a project calls for something that doesn't exist off the shelf, we can design and manufacture it bespoke, in the UK, to the exact spec your customer needs.

So whether your client runs a chilled distribution centre or a high-volume pick operation, you can say yes to the project, knowing you've got one partner behind you who can supply it.

Managing a warehouse project usually means managing a lot of separate quotes.

Different options for your client to choose from. Separate phases for the same site. Orders already placed, sitting alongside quotes still being decided. Every one of these adds complexity, and makes staying on top of a project harder.

Quote to Site® now has a Projects view that brings it all together.

Every quote for a project now sits in a single folder. You can see the combined quote and order value at a glance, track different options side by side, and keep drawings, quotes, and product details in one place.

Here's what you can do with it:
✅Group all your quotes for a project in one view.
✅Run Option A and Option B quotes when your client needs a choice.
✅Split a job into phases and see what's ordered and what's still to come.
✅Start a project from anywhere, and name it by project, site, or client.
✅Favourite the projects you're working on most, so they're always one click away.

No more digging through emails to find the latest version. Just the whole project, in one place.

Winning warehouse projects isn't about being the cheapest.

Your clients want to know the project will land on time, that questions get answered quickly, and that nothing stalls when a deadline is tight. A lot of that comes down to the suppliers behind you.

Slow quotes, vague lead times, and thin technical support all cost you time you don't have. In a competitive tender, that lost time can be the difference between winning the work and watching it go elsewhere.

That's where the right supply partner earns its place.

QTS gives you fast, accurate quotes, technical detail when you need it, and a product range that spans mesh, racking, partitions, signage, and structural, all from one place. Less time chasing multiple suppliers for answers. More time spent winning and delivering the work.

Winning work isn't just about the job in front of you. It's about building the reputation that wins the next one.

Our latest blog looks at how the right supply partner becomes a genuine commercial advantage.

A warm welcome to Sonja Bennett, who's joined QTS as PA to our Managing Director, Craig De-Lara.

It's been a big year of change at QTS. New divisions, an expanding product range, a shift toward becoming a full trade partner rather than a single-product supplier, and the infrastructure to support ambitious plans over the next few years.

All of that takes leadership and focus, and Sonja's here to help make sure Craig has the support to keep driving it forward.

Sonja brings a long track record of supporting senior leaders, so she already knows what it takes to keep a fast-paced business running smoothly behind the scenes. Even so, we suspect she'll still have her work cut out for her with Craig.

Welcome to the team, Sonja. We're glad to have you on board.

It's been another busy month at QTS, and it's time to recognise two people who've gone above and beyond in July!

Office Employee of the Month: Elaine Hockey
Elaine made sure nothing slipped through the cracks in a high-demand month for the HiStore Mezzanines Division, going out of her way to see every job through to dispatch. That extra effort is exactly what keeps our customers confident they're getting a great solution every time.

Production Employee of the Month: Martyn Hollis
Martyn continues to be someone the team can always rely on. He regularly comes under pressure to turn work around quickly and does so whilst leading his team by example in the fabrication department.

Well done to both, and thank you to everyone across QTS for the continued hard work. 👏
