Our apprentice Jude smashing it 💪 an asset to the workforce.

🎉 Huge congratulations to Jude King for being Highly Commended for The Ron Simmonds Construction Trade Apprentice of the Year Award 2026! 🎉

Jude is completing his Carpentry apprenticeship with Upward Loft Solutions and Skills Group Ltd, progressing from a Level 1 Study Programme to a full Level 2 apprenticeship, alongside additional qualifications including Asbestos training and Level 2 Skills for Employment and Personal Development.

Known for his strong work ethic, reliability and positive attitude, Jude consistently delivers high quality work with minimal supervision and takes on new challenges with confidence. He’s a supportive team member, always willing to help others and go the extra mile both on site and in training.

A dedicated, skilled and resilient apprentice — a truly deserving commendation. 👏

Jude said: “I am extremely happy to have been Highly Commended for this award, and even to have been nominated in the first place. Thank you to everyone who nominated me and to all who have supported me throughout my apprenticeship.”
