🚨 New project announcement 📣

We’re pleased to share that Sement Bricklaying Contractors Ltd have recently begun work at Dudman Farm, Truro for Wainhomes.

Our scope covers the superstructure masonry works across both the East and West phases of the development, totalling 274 new homes.

This marks another great opportunity to continue our strong working relationship with Wainhomes, and we’re proud to be contributing to the delivery of high-quality housing in the area.

A big thank you to our site teams and everyone involved so far — looking forward to a successful project ahead.

A huge congratulations to one of our apprentices in Cornwall, presented with his bricklaying apprenticeship award by one of our directors, Gary Clarke, for completing his apprenticeship.

At Sement Bricklaying, we're passionate about providing opportunities for skill development through apprenticeships.

With over 50 apprentices achieving success in their careers, we're now on the lookout for 2-3 more apprentices in Plymouth and surrounding areas.

Exciting times ahead in Tavistock, Devon!

We're gearing up to kick off more plots in the coming weeks on a site we've proudly been building on since mid-2019 🏡

After successfully completing the first phase of 157 houses last year, we've now delved into the second phase—240 units.

We are proud to share that we’ve already built nearly 50 homes since March this year!
