All works carried out;
-Strip all wallpaper
-Remove all previous skirting boards
-Remove lathing plaster
-Remove radiator and cap off to allow for works needed (JPS Gas Solutions)
-Supply and fit new radiator (JSP Gas Solutions)
-Chase out walls for new sockets
-Sockets moved and fitted (Electrician)
-Replace all switches to lights and wire in all new sockets (Electrician)
-Replace fuse box (Electrician)
-Cap off water supply (JSP Gas Solutions)
-Over board ceiling due to ceiling sagging
-Prepare all walls and ceiling using blue grit, scrim tape any cracks/joins to avoid any cracking when walls are completed
-Plaster all walls and ceiling (C H Plastering & BuildingPlastering and Building)
-Build MDF fitted wardrobes to customers requirement
-Prepare and spray MDF wardrobes to colour of customers choice
-Fit and supply bedroom door
-Supply and fit ply to floor
-Underlay floor ready for laminate
-Lay laminate flooring
-Fit skirting board
-Paint ceiling and walls to colour of customers choice
-Paint architrave/skirting board and door to colour of customers choice

All paint used is Johnstones;
Acrylic durable matte for walls
Zinsser 123 undercoat
Zinsser allcoat on all woodwork to ensure durability
