Built to handle high-volume production, our dual-arm robotic cell from ICS Robotics and Automation keeps things moving efficiently from start to finish.

Two Panasonic TM-1800WGIII robot arms work in sync on a rotating jig system, so while one part is being welded inside the cell, another can be unloaded and reloaded outside.

That means continuous production, reduced downtime and a far more streamlined workflow.

When you think about what keeps marine equipment working out at sea, it’s easy to picture the big, visible parts - ships, ports, offshore structures. 🛳️

But there’s a lot happening behind the scenes that makes all of that possible, and a lot of it starts with sheet metal fabrication.

From brackets and housings through to control enclosures and structural components, these parts all need to be built with one thing in mind: performance in tough, unpredictable marine environments.

With our 𝗠𝗦𝗦 𝗡𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗖𝘂𝗯𝗲™, we’ve taken control of one of the most critical parts of laser cutting by generating ultra-pure nitrogen on-site. 👍

No waiting around for deliveries, no worrying about timing - just a steady flow of ultra-pure nitrogen feeding straight into our laser cutting process.

The result is pretty simple: stainless steel comes off clean with no oxidation, aluminium parts have sharp, burr-free edges and everything moves through production a lot more smoothly and efficiently.
