A day on the Amada UK 8-axis press brake is always a good day! 👍

We've got two of these on our shop floor, turning flat sheets of metal into precisely bent panels and components - from brackets and enclosures to more complex fabricated parts.

A closer look at one of the machines keeping things moving on the shop floor. 🔥

Our XT XTC-60020T Auto-Loading Fibre Tube Laser allows us to accurately cut tube and profiles, creating the features needed before components move through fabrication and assembly.

Doesn't matter if we're churning through a big repeat run or dealing with something trickier - this thing keeps us moving fast without letting quality slip.

Powder coating is one of the last steps in production, but it's the one that counts most, it's what customers actually see and touch.

We do it both ways: an automated, conveyorised line for high-volume jobs that need consistency and manual spraying for parts that need extra care or attention to detail.

Same standard either way - a tough, even coat that's built to last. 👍

What a beauty. 👏

Our Salvagnini P4Xe is the largest in mainland UK, and the first of its kind installed here - built to take on the complex, high-precision work we do every day.

It can transform a flat sheet into a finished drawer in just 46 seconds, which says a lot about why it's such an important part of our shop floor.

24hr punch pressing? Yeah, we do that. 💪

We specialise in high-volume CNC punch pressing, turning out everything from simple brackets to complex panels.

The secret's our fully automated Amada EMZ CNC punch press. It's tower-fed and built to run non-stop, 24 hours a day, handling material up to 6mm thick on sheets as big as 3.0 × 1.5m.
